A high-quality substrate is the basis of a successful culture. Growers must be able to be 100 percent confident that growing media, such as potting soil or mineral wool, meet the highest requirements. As the knowledge centre for substrates, RHP is an internationally active organisation that has played an essential role in this for years. We are working at the highest level to improve the quality of growing media. Valuable knowledge is developed through innovative research. Transferring this knowledge to the affiliated substrate producers worldwide is an interesting and challenging process every day. Knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm are paramount for the employees. Bridge between research and practice
As a technical advisor, you convert the knowledge developed within RHP into advice and you know how to transfer it to (inter)national substrate producers and their raw material suppliers. This helps the producers to optimise their processes to realise high-quality and sustainable products. The producers can fully rely on the expertise of the consultant. You are part of the pioneering role that RHP plays in the transition to renewable substrate raw materials.
The continuous pursuit of optimal growth of plants on growing media has been the focus of RHP for decades as a globally recognised and highly valued organisation. The own quality marks RHP and RAG are leading in the world, in professional high-tech (greenhouse) horticulture, retail and landscaping. Due to the enormous knowledge and experience within this organisation, affiliated substrate producers and their raw material suppliers act at the highest level.
Our office and research facilities can be found in 's-Gravenzande (The Netherlands). From there, we work on the continuous development of knowledge and the quality marks and offer a workplace to our technical advisors.
You are enterprising and like to keep busy with the latest developments in the field of growing media and substrate raw materials.
