Since June 1, Mihaela Solca has been working at RHP as a research assistant. She succeeds Michaela Jansen, who is no longer working at RHP.
After her MBO study Construction and civil engineering in the Romanian city of Iași, Mihaela did the study all-round lab assistant at the ‘Techniek College’ in Rotterdam. Since then she has been working in laboratories and now has 6 years of lab experience.
Mihaela is one of the colleagues in the research team doing analyses of raw materials and growing media. Mihaela: “In my first week at RHP I got to know the team and already learned a lot in the laboratory and the test greenhouse of RHP. I will carry out different analyses on the product samples provided by certified companies, including WOK (water uptake characteristic) and the respiration method.”
