In June RHP organised the first sessions of the workshop ‘What is in the pores; water or air?’. If enough people are interested, this workshop (in Dutch) will be offered to members again for free on 10 November and/or 8 December this year.

Depending on the number of sign-ups it is decided whether the course (in Dutch) will be organised on both dates.
Water and oxygen are essential for the plant and its roots, but when are both optimally present? What is the course of its contents in the root environment? By combining analyses and measurements – that you can do yourself – in the culture, it becomes clear how it works and how you can optimise this yourself.
The latest results of the collective research are presented and cross connections with existing knowledge of water and air are discussed. After this workshop you are entirely up to date in the field of water contents, water uptake and air.

This free workshop is meant for advisers that provide growers with substrates advice. The only requirement is that your company is a member of RHP. The workshop is organised at Stichting RHP, Galgeweg 38, 2691 MG ’s–Gravenzande, with the exception of the in-company workshops.
