‘From research to practice: RHP insights and testing new growing media’ was the theme of the hybrid meeting that RHP organised December 12th. Certified companies attended this meeting, in person in the World Horti Center or online. Did you miss it and do you want to catch up on your knowledge?

Certified companies from all over the world got an afternoon packed with valuable insights and practical takeaways. Experts of RHP shared a look back at RHP's innovative research over the past year and future steps, an explanation for the substrate producers on setting up effective practical trials with growers for new growing media, the future prescription for growing media with points of attention for the grower and culture, updates on the Bacillus test and initial findings and the latest developments, including the pilots with responsibly produced coir and the switch to the new online registration module for certified companies to streamline sending product samples.
At the end of the meeting there was a festive moment, when the Dutch company Comgoed Substrates officially received its RHP certificate for achieving RHP Consumer certification with their product spent substrate. In total, there are now 75 certified companies worldwide.
