From this month until January 2025, certified companies will start using the online registration module Hermes. Companies will receive a personal email about the exact moment. In phases, we are saying goodbye to the paper forms to send product samples for the RHP quality mark.
After years of using paper forms for the orientation and control analyses, RHP is now making the switch to the online registration module Hermes. In this online environment, certified companies can provide all necessary information step-by-step to have their samples analysed. This makes the administrative process of registration and processing of the samples less error-prone and more efficient.
With the online registration module, users log in to Hermes and fill out all the necessary data to submit a product sample. The sample is then assigned a unique characteristic. This is attached to the bag of the product sample, after which the sample can be sent to the laboratory. Due to the unique characteristic, all data can be automatically linked to each other in the various systems. The data will be connected behind the scenes between the new online registration module Hermes and the existing database with research results Minerva. The communication of analysis results and their assessment in Minerva remain the same for certified companies.
In the period October 2024 to January 2025, the current method of submitting product samples with the paper forms will be phased out. During that period, all certified companies will start using the online registration module Hermes for the RHP quality mark. Companies will receive a personal message about the exact moment.
